Our unique method allows your body to use its own peristalsis (the natural action of the bowel) to remove waste. The gravity-based system for colon cleansing allows the water to flow very slowly through a 1/16 – 1/8-inch tube, creating a very gentle cleansing experience. By comparison, hydraulic pressure colonics force water into the body and water/waste are expelled under pressure. This method has generated concern that colonics may become addictive.
